Return & Refund Policy
Replacement requests are accepted within 14 days of delivery for damaged, wrong, defective, or missing products.
- Customers must share order details, product photos, and an opening video where applicable.
- Approved cases are normally handled by replacement of the product.
- If replacement is not possible, an approved refund may be issued to the original payment method or by UPI/bank transfer.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 working days after verification.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not available.
- Customized, energised, or specially prepared products may not be cancellable once processing has started.
